As a child, I grew up in the raw power of nature of the west coast beaches and mountains and knew myself as magical, powerful and strong. But then bit by bit, I was not seen, and I shut down my inner light and became the ‘good girl’ who followed the rules. I was good at it (of course!) and won awards, scholarships, had the perfect family, enjoyed two great careers, and travelled the world.

But then dramatically, it all fell apart.  Broken, grief stricken, filled with shame and guilt, I enrolled in grad school where a series of richly provocative
experiences led me into a masters degree in quantum physics and why we resist the very thing we say we want.

I knew I would be a teacher in my first class of Training in Power in 1999.  The energetic tools and practices have become my operating system resulting in
constant personal transformations, healing, and manifestations that have catapulted my relationships, careers, and joy for living my authentic life.
