As a I child I grew up in a home of natural healers, where spiritual exploration and supernatural phenomenon were talked about openly.  I explored several religious denominations as a child and by age 13, decided that I was not going to find what I was seeking in a traditional way.  I am an empath and people have always been drawn to me to tell me their secrets.  I ended up with a career in the helping field and found myself struggling with exhaustion and was overwhelmed by the energy of others.

I found Training in Power in 2018, where I learned valuable tools, such as shielding to protect me from negative energy. I can now be in the world without feeling bombarded and am on the profound journey to understanding who I really am.  Training in Power became the only thing in my life that made sense and I have not looked back.  I want to share that experience with you so that you can find your power and learn to protect yourself.
