I started my career as an Economist in corporate business.  During my 15 years in this field, I became aware of the need to integrate body, mind and spirit in our fast-paced society. I started training as a teacher and alternative healer 25 years ago. I have been a full time teacher of meditation and intuition development classes, geared to the western mind, in Vancouver and across Canada for the last 20 years.

In the last two years, I started teaching internationally. This includes meditation, healing and relaxation techniques, and vibrational psychology for personal health and empowerment. I also teach Dream Interpretation Workshops and courses for Manifestation as well as Alternative Healing Techniques for Cancer. I have taught corporate wellness courses in businesses such as TransCanada Pipelines, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) and Williams Communications. I have also worked extensively with First Nations People teaching courses in self-empowerment. As well, I have been an instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition teaching Mind, Body, Spirit courses, as well as a facilitator at the annual Naramata Spring Festival of Awareness.
