Early in my massage career I was fortunate to be introduced to a Level 1 class. Being a massage therapist in Las Vegas for over 23 years, I have been so grateful for the tools I learned from this training.

For those of us in service-oriented roles, like massage therapy, the energy around us can be so chaotic and overwhelming. People come to us to settle their energy, which means they enter our space with chaos and we have to hold a steadiness so everyone achieves a place of calm.

The tools I learned in Level 1 have been my daily go-to’s to survive and thrive in my work environment.

I Live, Work and Lead with the understanding that balance can be achieved through the practice of mindfully approaching self-care and for ourselves and for those that we love.

With all the knowledge I’ve gained, I’d love to help show the way for other service-oriented people and those that know the experience of living around chaos. I hope you find your own unique connection to the Source. I would be honored to share this knowledge with you.
